Classes
CrossFit
These group classes are designed to challenge you through constantly varied workouts done at high intensity. We use strength, power and endurance training to create well-rounded individuals, no matter where you come from. Our coaches will be there to make sure the workout fits your ability level.
Bodyfit
This class is similar to CrossFit, without some of the more-complex movements. High-intensity workouts for more of a burn, and less of the heavy weights. This class is great for anybody looking to improve their conditioning.
Barbell Club
If you are looking to get stronger, look no further. We have all walks of life, including some competitors, lifting under one roof. We have excellent coaching and equipment for strength training, olympic weightlifting and powerlifting.
GolfWOD
Beginner to Advanced, Year round Golf Fitness Program focusing on all elements of Fitness and Golf Performance. Strength, Mobility and Stretching elements throughout the week to help you move better and more freely.
Olympic Weightlifting
Weightlifting is the ultimate sport. Consisting of the snatch and clean & jerk, it requires strength, explosive power, technique, coordination, balance, flexibility, and above all, mental focus and discipline. In the snatch, the weightlifter lifts the barbell from the floor to overhead in a single movement.
Special Olympics Powerlifting
We are proud hosts of special olympics athletes who compete in powerlifting, as a part of team SOAR (Special Opportunities Available in Recreation). After volunteering at the local Special Olympics, Brian and Courtney wanted to provide these athletes with the guidance and resources that they deserve. Ever since then, it has grown into the most fun group at the gym!
