These group classes are designed to challenge you through constantly varied workouts done at high intensity. We use strength, power and endurance training to create well-rounded individuals, no matter where you come from. Our coaches will always be there to make sure the workout fits your ability level.

This class is similar to crossfit, without some of the more-complex movements. High-intensity workouts for more of a burn, and less of the heavy weights. This class is great for anybody looking to improve their conditioning.

Barbell Club

If you are looking to get stronger, look no further. We have all walks of life, including some competitors, lifting under one roof. We have excellent coaching and equipment for strength training, Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting.

Our teens class is filled with some of the hardest working kids you’ll find. This class focuses on instilling a drive towards training and hard work. While having fun, coaches are ensuring that they are staying safe, exercising to their ability level and challenging themselves.

Jump Start

Give your kid one of the best gifts you can, their introduction to fitness. This class is a great way to get kids moving and expose them to a wide variety of movements. We focus on having fun and movement fundamentals to jump start their interest in exercise.

Personal Training

Some people do much better in a 1-on1 environment, opposed to training in a group or solo. This can also be a great way to learn proper technique! The service does not get much more individualized than having a coach for personal training.

Open Gym

Do you just need a place to workout with great equipment? We have open gym hours throughout the day. We also offer personal coaching if you’d like to get a program from a coach.

No exercise program will outwork a bad diet. If your goals involve looking or feeling better, nutrition plays a large role in setting you up for success.

Weightlifting is the ultimate sport. Consisting of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, it requires strength, explosive power, technique, coordination, balance, flexibility, and above all, mental focus and discipline. In the snatch, the weightlifter lifts the barbell from the floor to overhead in a single movement. In the clean & jerk, the weightlifter lifts the barbell first from the floor to the shoulders (the clean) and then from the shoulders to overhead (the jerk). Due to the complexity of the movements, the best way to learn is with a qualified coach. With over 30 years of training experience, USAW National Coach Brian Lahr has studied under multiple Olympians and has had the privilege of training at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. After spending the last 20 years as a coach and personal trainer, Brian continues to pass along all of his lessons and experience on to others.

Is Weightlifting right for me? If you are an athlete who:
>> Is looking to help improve explosiveness and power for his/her sport
>> Is looking for a better baseline level of overall strength
>> Would like better technique, efficiency and coordination with the snatch, clean & jerk and other related lifts
>> Is a CrossFit athlete and would like to compliment his/her weekly metabolic conditioning workouts with strength training
>> Is a competitive or recreational Olympic Style Weightlifter

Powerlifting is a competitive strength sport consisting of 3 lifts: Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift. Athletes compete in divisions separated by gender, age and bodyweight. Each competitor is given 3 attempts in each lift, with their best lift in each discipline being added together for their Total.

In addition to the competitive side of the sport, powerlifting training has many health benefits as well. With proper technique and programming, you will achieve improved strength, muscle mass, athletic ability, mental toughness, fat loss and even bone health. Strength training is good for people of all ages. We currently have athletes ranging from ages 8-72 in our programs. So it’s never too early or too late to get started!

Special Olympics Powerlifting

We are proud hosts of Special Olympics athletes who compete in Powerlifting, as a part of team SOAR (Special Opportunities Available in Recreation). After volunteering at the local Special Olympics, Brian and Courtney wanted to provide these athletes with the guidance and resources that they deserve. Ever since then, it has grown into the most fun group at the gym! Coach-led classes are held on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 2 p.m. If you know someone who can benefit from this program, don’t hesitate to Contact Us! All are welcome to try a class before joining!
